Bertram Technology Solutions is not responsible or liable for crashes, collisions, injuries, deaths, property damage, citations, fines, losses, or other harm arising from distracted driving, unsafe driving, unlawful use, or failure to pay attention while using CB Radio Live.

Not For Emergencies

Do not rely on CB Radio Live for emergency communication. In an emergency, call the appropriate emergency number for your location.

User Conduct

Do not use CB Radio Live to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, stalk, dox, defraud, transmit unlawful content, coordinate illegal activity, or violate anyone's rights.

The service is provided as is and as available. Features may change, pause, degrade, or be discontinued.
